Meet Our Facilitators

Leigh Ioffe is a crisis management specialist and a passionate advocate for individuals navigating moments of deep distress.

As the founder and director of The Long Short Road, Leigh leads the development of psychoeducational programs, warmline services, and consultation offerings, supporting hundreds of individuals each year with personalized, compassionate mental health care.

Beyond her professional work, Leigh is a wife and mother of three girls, a published fiction author, a taco enthusiast, and an AFOL (Adult Fan of LEGO). She is currently pursuing certification as a mindfulness practitioner.

Dini Gourarie is a wife, mother, and grandmother living in Crown Heights. In 2020, she experienced the loss of her daughter, Yocheved. Through her journey of grief, healing, and personal growth, Dini was blessed to learn from many mentors and to engage deeply in self-reflection and inner healing.

Along the way, she became a trusted source of support for many people, particularly young women navigating life’s challenges. Wanting to deepen her ability to support others and gain professional training in work she was already passionate about, Dini chose to become a Certified TAT (Tapas Acupressure Technique) Professional.

TAT resonated deeply with her. She was drawn to its gentle yet powerful approach. TAT is a wellness process that supports emotional healing and transformation without requiring individuals to relive painful experiences, extensively discuss them, or search for their root causes. It may help reduce feelings of stress, anxiety, fear, and overwhelm.

Dini is honored to share the wisdom and insights she has gained through her own experiences and training, supporting others as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions with greater clarity, resilience, and hope.

Channy Mockin I’m the creator of the Alive Method. I’m a somatic coach who has spent years working with embodiment and nervous system integration.

I use the Alive Method to transform my own life, to access more aliveness, joy, abundance, and love. It supports me in deepening my relationships, living more in alignment with my desires, and actually embodying the life I used to only think about.

I facilitate immersive Embodiment Silent Disco events designed to be deeply transformative—spaces where movement, music, and presence come together to unlock what feels stuck and return people to aliveness.

I’m passionate about using music and dance as pathways for healing, expression, and expansion. I believe our blocks can become the fuel to move toward our dreams.
